Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Important Information

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are not guaranteed.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
